The South-Central Minnesota Mental Health and Wellness Conference is ready to talk!
By providing resources, raising awareness, and bringing people together, we can break down the stigma of mental health and create lasting conversations that will help our communities grow in wellness.
This inaugural conference is being coordinated by the Brown County Mental Health and Wellness Action Team (MHWAT), which works throughout Brown County to reduce the stigma of mental health, improve resiliency and improve access to mental health treatment and services. Through this collaborative effort in the region, we aim to help start conversations around mental health and wellbeing and all that encompasses it.
