Drawing on a book by Jonathan Haidt, “The Anxious Generation,” Dr. Amanda Black will discuss how the prevalence of devices and unregulated Internet use affects mental health and overall wellbeing, especially in children and teens. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of these challenges, as well as practical strategies to mitigate negative outcomes.
