In partnership with the Heart of New Ulm, this workshop will provide tips and tools for healthy menu planning on a budget. This one-session workshop will combine education, locally grown produce and some fun in the kitchen!

• Attendees will prepare a three-course meal during the workshop to take home, along with recipes for future
  meal ideas.
• All groceries and kitchen tools will be provided.
• Tools will be provided to ease the stress of meal planning while shopping within your budget (and eating healthier)!
• Please notify the instructor if there are any food allergies among those who will be eating the meals.

Cost: $30 (includes all groceries for the workshop)

Class size: Minimum 6 participants; maximum 15
