You can also pick up a printed copy at the New Ulm Chamber office at 1 N. Minnesota St.\nParticipants need to stop at each business between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and pick up a playing card\, assemble their poker hand\, and then stop at the Chamber office at 1 N. Minnesota St. to drop off and register their hand by 4:30 p.m. each Friday.\nEach card has one\, two or three star-hole punches. Make sure that the card you receive from each business is the same number of stars as your previous one. Poker hands must be submitted with all cards with the same number of star punches.\nEmail photos of yourself participating in the walk to chamber@newulm.com and you will be entered into a drawing for $10 in Chamber Dollars. DESCRIPTION:Employee Wellness Leaders\nJoin us to learn more about The People Project: Promoting Health Through Happiness\nThe Heart of New Ulm is pleased to offer New Ulm-area employers the opportunity to participate in The People Project\, a free\, unique project designed to help employees build resiliency. \nThe goal: Our goal is to create a community that flourishes where residents feel supportive connections to one another\, individuals have honed resiliency skills\, and the community culture attracts people to want to live and work in New Ulm. \nWe seek to do this by developing tools and implement a strategy to permeate within our existing social structures to promote fun\, evidence-based mental well-being strategies that result in better connected\, happier people.
