DESCRIPTION:In partnership with the Heart of New Ulm\, this workshop will provide tips and tools for healthy menu planning on a budget. This one-session workshop will combine education\, locally grown produce and some fun in the kitchen! \n\nAttendees will prepare a three-course meal during the workshop to take home\, along with recipes for future meal ideas.\nAll groceries and kitchen tools will be provided.\nTools will be provided to ease the stress of meal planning while shopping within your budget (and eating healthier)!\nPlease notify the instructor if there are any food allergies among those who will be eating the meals.\n\nCost: $30 (includes all groceries for the workshop) \nClass size: Minimum 6 participants; maximum 15 \nInstructor: Jessica Weisbrich\, Registered Dietitian and member of The Heart of New Ulm Food Environment Action Team \nLocation: New Ulm High School\, Room 123 \nRegister at https://tinyurl.com/FallMeals
